中国式司法制度是中国司法体制改革的成果，为司法制度的中国模式开启了新征程。深挖中国法律文化传统，借鉴世界司法文明的优秀成果，以中国人百年来对司法公正的探索与实践为样本，构建既符合当代中国的基本国情又能最大限度满足人民群众在司法过程和司法个案中感受到公平正义的司法制度。中国式司法制度是中国法学自主知识体系的重要组成部分，亦是中国式现代化的有机组成部分，其模式探索为人类司法文明作出重要贡献。

The Chinese-style judicial system is the result of China’s judicial system reform, and it has opened a new journey for the Chinese model of judicial system. The Chinese-style judicial system has a profound Chinese legal and cultural heritage. It not only draws lessons from the outstanding achievements of the world’s legal civilization, but also contains the crystallization of the Chinese people’s hard work and practice over the past century. It not only conforms to the basic national conditions of China today, but also meets the judicial needs of the people to the greatest extent. The Chinese-style judicial system is an integral part of the modernization of the Chinese-style rule of law, and will continue to improve and make new and significant contributions to human judicial civilization.

司法制度的中国模式与实践-参评成果

在北京友谊宾馆举行成果发布会，中国法学会学术委员会主任张文显教授等为新书揭幕

该项目的最终成果入选2022年度国家哲学社会科学成果文库，这是中国哲学社会科学领域成果的最高荣誉。该专著在中国出版界历史最悠久的著名出版社商务印书馆出版，共计50余万字。

在专著出版前，部分章节已在《中国社会科学》《法学研究》《中国法学》《法学家》《政法论坛》等国内重要期刊发表，并被《中国社会科学文摘》《人大复印资料》等转载，部分前期成果还以英文、德文在国际知名刊物发表。（见附件）
